Sound familiar?
Most women who find us just want to say yes more.
Yes to the family trip you keep saying "maybe next year" about. Yes to date night dinner, the real kind, with no mental math at the table. Yes to pickup, to the game, to McDonald's on the way home from dance. Without asking anyone's permission first.
The teacher
"It's not the kids. It's everyone else telling me I need to do more, more, more."
You're great with people, you're running on fumes, and somebody else owns your calendar.
The nurse, the dispatcher, the 12-hour shift
"Three-day stretches where they don't see their kid at all. And I'm like, absolutely not."
You already talk people through hard decisions all day. You're just doing it on someone else's clock.
The mom who wants something that's hers
"I want to be a contributor to our family, not just the budget grocery shopper."
You want to be home and present AND have something meaningful of your own. Both hands, full.
The corporate girl (even the "remote" one)
"I did work from home… but I was very much confined to the constructs of the day that were set before me."
You're great at your job. But you're tied to a laptop, a status light, and someone else's idea of flexibility. And if you're already in sales, you're tired of the quota and the cold calls.
Already bought a program that didn't work?
Pinterest management. Affiliate marketing. UGC. An MLM your friend swore by. You put in real hours and you're wondering if the problem is you.
Here's what I see over and over: those programs handed you a textbook and asked you to build a whole business. Website, contracts, content, clients. Nobody ever looked at your work.
"I have time to devote to something. I just don't have time to devote to coming up with something."
That's exactly why this is different. You're learning a skill a business hires you for, and a real coach reviews your work until you're ready.
How the job works
The business brings the people. You bring the conversation.
They raise their hand
Coaches, course creators, and brands run the ads and post the content. Interested people comment, DM, or fill out a form.
You start the conversation
You reply from the business's account, ask good questions, and help the right people see if it's a fit. Nobody needs to know your name.
You book the call
Good-fit people get booked on the sales calendar. Later, if you want to, you can grow into closing those calls too.
Not cold callingNot an MLMNot selling to your friendsNot building a personal brandNot starting a business
Think barista, not door-to-door. People walk into the coffee shop already wanting coffee. The barista's job is to be warm, ask what they need, and get them the right thing. That's setting. The leads come to you warm, and your job is to be the friendliest, clearest person they talk to.

NowCertified in 26 days and placed the next day. Now setting for a nervous system coach and a fitness coach.
“I wanted a way to contribute financially without sacrificing being present for my family. I wanted the flexibility to walk my kids to school, pick them up from preschool, and be home when my youngest woke up from her nap. Since becoming a certified DM Setter, I've consistently earned around $3,500 each month. We've been able to hire babysitters for date nights, use a laundry service during busy seasons, celebrate our kids with birthday parties, and even take small family vacations. But the income is only part of why I'm grateful. I genuinely love what I do and was matched with an incredible business owner who is kind, supportive, and passionate about her work.”

“I joined Amplify after researching and trying so many different things to be able to not just work from home, but to have a flexible schedule where I could be present and still provide financially for my family. I was able to confidently stay home after my maternity leave ended and have found a sweet rhythm that has my days unrushed and prioritizing what matters most: my family, friends, and serving in my church. I love the business owners I have gotten to work with and believe in what they do. Holly and her team are the best and I'm so glad I said yes and invested in myself.”

“Amplify has truly been life-changing for myself and my family. Not only have I been able to make more than I did as a teacher ($3,500 in only my second full month), but I was able to bring back a piece of myself that I thought I had lost after becoming a stay-at-home mom. This process was truly made to give you the confidence needed to be prepared for the job while somehow both working at your own speed AND also having structure and support. Truly made for moms who have a crazy life.”

They can say no. … I still haven't had to set my alarm clock to go off in the morning. I wake up when I want to. Now6 months as a setter and growing
“I've worked as a setter now for 6 months, and I laugh at the first few months because Holly and Shelby warn you it's like learning how to drive a car, and I say it's like entering the jungle. I have so many memories of making mistakes and learning from them in my early teaching years, so why would it not be the same? If you're wondering if this is legit, it is. If you're afraid about AI, most people in this space are trying to teach you to NOT sound like AI because people don't buy things for $3,000 to $10,000 because a robot says it's a good idea. This can work for you if you put in the work, don't take yourself too seriously, and trust the process.”

“Do it messy! Just DO IT. … And it's work you can do while being a MOM.”
BeforeWanted to be with her baby instead of pumping in the classroom
NowBooked 5 calls in one messy day while rocking her baby
“I had a baby 2 months ago, and also have a 3 year old. Both are home with me for the majority of the day. Yesterday was a doozy parenting wise. Baby wouldn't nap unless being held, toddler was toddlering, etc. I was working from the chair while I rocked the baby, sending messages while breastfeeding, squeezing in replies while my toddler ate lunch, etc. I also booked 5 calls yesterday! I'm a very type A person who thrives on routine and structure, and yesterday (and lots of days now) was messy. Still got it done though! Just goes to show, sometimes it's gonna be like that. Doesn't mean you shouldn't do it. Do it messy! Just DO IT. Even if it's not perfectly curated work blocks, it's still work that's moving the needle. And it's work you can do while being a MOM (the best work there is ☺️)”

Family trip
Is your husband asking, "Is that even real?" Fair question. A few of our husbands answered it themselves.
I tried the MLM. And the bakery. And the tutoring.
I'm a mom of four and a former teacher and missionary. No business degree. No sales background.
A few years ago I was sitting on the floor of my parents' guest room with a newborn, eight hours from family after a cross-country move, watching my network marketing numbers drop. The next option on the table was going back to bartending at night.
I'd tried network marketing, starting a business, tutoring, social media management, and a home bakery. I wasn't lazy. I kept trading more and more time for not a lot of money. Right actions, wrong skill set.
Then I learned remote sales. Within about 6 months, I had learned the skills, landed the roles, and started earning. It was the first thing that used what I was already good at: listening, caring, and asking good questions. Soon recruiters were asking me for "more women like you." So I built Amplify to train them.
We are women proving you can hold ambition and family in both hands.

Room to grow
Start as a setter now. Add closing later when your season allows.
Let's talk about the investment. Amplify is a four-figure program. I'm telling you that up front because clear is kind. If it's not the right fit or the right season, we'll tell you that on the call. No pressure, and no "just put it on a credit card."
This is for you if
You're great with people and tired of not being paid what that's worth
You want a real role you can do well, not another business to build
You're ready to put in a few focused weeks learning a skill
This is not for you if
You want money without effort, or something "get rich quick"
You aren't willing to practice and take feedback
You're looking for a free job opening (this is training first)
Questions
Good questions we hear a lot
I've never done sales. Can I really do this?
Most of our women came from teaching, nursing, ministry, nonprofits, or staying home. If you can listen well and genuinely care about people, you have 2 of the 3 pieces already. We teach the third.
Can I do this while I'm still working?
Yes. Many of our students train while teaching, working shifts, or serving in the military. Setter roles are flexible, so lots of women start alongside what they're doing now.
Do I have to build a business or post on social media?
Nope. Setters work from the business owner's account. Most people you talk to will never know your name. "I'm over 40 and Instagram is not my jam" is totally fine here.
Is this an MLM or cold calling?
Neither. You never recruit anyone or sell to friends and family. The people you talk to already raised their hand by commenting, messaging, or filling out a form.
I've already spent money on programs that didn't work. Why is this different?
Those programs usually teach you to build a business: find clients, make content, write contracts. Amplify trains you for a specific, hireable role, then a real coach reviews your work until you're ready, and we help with placement.
What does it cost?
It's a four-figure investment. We walk through the exact options on your call, once we both know it's a fit.
Won't AI replace this job?
One of our graduates said it best: people don't make big buying decisions because a robot told them to. Businesses want real, warm humans in those conversations, which is exactly what you're good at.
My husband is skeptical. What should I tell him?
Skepticism is healthy. Have him watch the training with you, and you're welcome to bring him to the intro call. We'd rather answer his questions than have you guess.
If you keep waiting, the waiting becomes the plan.
You don't have to have it all figured out today. You just have to take the next step. Here's what that looks like:
1. WatchThe free training at the top of this page.
2. ApplyFill out the short application. A real person reads it.
3. BookIf it's a fit, you'll pick a time for an intro call with our team.
